It's a buttermilk/jello salad. You'll need an 8.5 ounce can of crushed pineapple, 1.75 cup butter milk, a 3 ounce package of jello and 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Heat the crushed pineapple and juice to boiling. Mix in the jello powder, add the buttermilk and pour mix into a 9x13 inch pan. Cool in the fridge until it starts to set and fold in the Cool Whip. Return to the refrigerator to set and serve up. We liked the Berry Blue, but Grandma Jean likes it best with peach or mango.
