    Monty got two dollars??! Is that the going rate for teeth? The Glenbrooke Woods tooth fairy clearly needs to get with the times.

      The Tooth Fairy rate at our house is $1 a tooth---but it goes up $1 for every night that the tooth fairy is "delayed" and unable to come pick up the tooth.
